Earth Poems

Acid rain, raging fires, melting glaciers, rising seas, derechos, droughts, floods and record high temperatures-clearly there is trouble in Paradise. Earth Poems are metaphorical landscapes, adjusted in my imagination, of a planet in peril. Warped horizons, gaseous skies, mysterious movements, strange color, and odd additions all inhabit the landscapes and reference the beauty of the natural world while at the same time serving as a clarion call. Like much of my work, these images lie somewhere along the deep divide between fact and fiction.
